These terms apply to purchases by consumers through our online shop.

Age restrictions

You must be aged 18 or over to buy wine from us. You must not purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18. We may request proof of age and refuse an order or delivery if satisfactory verification cannot be obtained.

Our wines

Each product page describes the wine, bottle size and vintage offered. Images are illustrative; packaging may vary, but we will not substitute a different wine or vintage without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Orders must contain a total number of bottles divisible by three. You can mix wines within your order.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Your initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. If we discover a pricing error, we will ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK addresses supported at checkout. Charges and estimated delivery times are provided before purchase.

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or someone you nominate to receive them.

Cancellations, returns and faulty wine

You generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel, return wine or report damaged, faulty or incorrect bottles. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders only. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you place it.
