Where we deliver
We offer standard delivery to UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or Northern Ireland, please email bonjour@domainezigzag.com before ordering. We’ll confirm whether delivery is available and provide a quote. Our standard and free-delivery offers do not apply to these areas.
Delivery costs
- £9.95 standard delivery on orders below £200.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £200 or more.
The £200 threshold applies to the value of your wines after discounts, excluding delivery. Prices include VAT.
Orders must contain bottles in multiples of three. You can mix any available wines.
Delivery times
Please allow 3–5 working days from placing your order to delivery. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we’ll contact you.
Receiving your wine
An adult aged 18 or over must receive the delivery. Proof of age may be requested.
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. If delivery cannot be completed, contact us so we can help arrange the next step. We’ll explain any applicable redelivery costs before you agree to them.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing bottles or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email bonjour@domainezigzag.com with your order number. Photographs of damage are helpful, where safe to take.
We remain responsible for your wine until it reaches you or someone you nominate to receive it.
