- Style: 11.5% aromatic white wine with depth and texture. Fresh acidity due to high altitude
- Plots: Located 450m altitude, above Félines-Minervois. Mica-schist dominated geology with clay loam soil. Gentle east facing slope. Cordon de Royat pruning.
- Vinification: Destemmed and pressed after 24 hours on skins. Fermented at a low temperature for 1 month. Regular battonage to give textural character. Fermented to dry. Malo-lactic fermentation completed
