3. Products and Pricing All prices listed include applicable VAT. Product descriptions include volume, ABV, allergen information, and origin. We reserve the right to change prices or products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment Payment is required at the time of order via secure methods (Stripe, SumUp, etc.). Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successful.

5. Shipping and Delivery We currently deliver to France, the UK, and select EU countries. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary but are typically 3–7 working days. Delays may occur due to customs or transport conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds If your wine arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description. We will offer a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the wine is faulty.

7. Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (cooling-off period). Products must be returned unopened and in good condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

8. Liability We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of France. For UK customers, relevant consumer protections under UK law also apply.
