• Style: 11.5% alc. A touch of skin contact brings texture to this Languedoc style of rosé — rich coral in hue, vibrant in flavor
• Plots: Merlot – 1 ha at 300 meters altitude near the commune of Cassagnoles. Slate geology with high dominance of clay. Gentle south facing slope. Guyot pruning. Syrah – Camplong: 0.7 ha. 300 meters altitude. Limestone dominated geology, with clay loam. Gentle west facing slope. Cordon De Royat pruning
• Vinification: Destemmed and pressed with a basket press at room temperature. Fermented to dry
• Volume produced: 2410 bottles
